ABOUT OUR OLIVE OILS

 

Our cold extraction method is a chemical free process using only centrifugation. Therefore, producing the finest and highest quality of olive oils with naturally lower levels of acidity.  Extra virgin olive oil which is cold extracted begins with the grinding of the olives ending with the extraction of the oil with a centrifuge which reduces risks of oxidation. This method results in the finest and most intense flavor.
